Tsetsen-Uul ( Mong. Tsetsen-Uul ) - somon of aimak Zavhan in the western part of Mongolia . The population according to 2010 was 1,542 people [1] .

The center of the somon is the village of Tagsh , located 180 kilometers from the aimak administrative center - the city of Uliastay and 1010 kilometers from the country's capital - Ulan Bator [2] .
Geography
Somon is located in the western part of Mongolia . Borders on neighboring somons Zavhanmandal , Santmargats , Songino , Tudevtey and Erdeneheirhan . On the territory of Tsetsen-Uul there are the mountains of Tudevtey, Temeen Chuluut, Tsetsenkhayrhan, Bayts, the rivers Galuutai, Bayts, Muhar-Khungiy flow.
Of the minerals in somone, copper ore, chemical and construction raw materials are found [2] .
Climate
The climate is sharply continental. The average January temperature is -24 degrees, July + 16-19 degrees. The annual rainfall is 250-300 mm [2] .
Fauna
The fauna of Tsetsen-Uul is represented by foxes, wolves, Pallas , roe deer, argali , wild goats, hares, and tarbagans [2] .
Infrastructure
In somone there is a school, a hospital [2] .
