The village is located 2 km from the administrative center of the district of Stryszów , 11 km from the city of Wadowice , 37 km from Krakow .
History
The village was founded in the XV century by the owners of the Syshuv gentry from the Slupskys.
From 1975 to 1998, the village was part of the Bielsk Voivodeship.
