The 2nd longitude meridian is the longitude line, which is 2 degrees west of the Greenwich meridian , passing from the North Pole through the Arctic Ocean , the Atlantic Ocean , Europe , Africa , the Southern Ocean and Antarctica to the South Pole and forming an orthodromy from the 178th longitude meridian .
