TGT Oil and Gas Services (TGT Oilfield Services) is an international oilfield services company engaged in field geophysical research , monitoring of hydrocarbon deposits [2] and geological and hydrodynamic modeling. It has offices in more than 15 countries, including the USA , Canada , Russia , Kazakhstan , Nigeria , Malaysia , the UK , Indonesia , Oman , Kuwait , Saudi Arabia , with headquarters in Dubai , United Arab Emirates . In Russia, the technology center is located in Kazan , other company offices are located in the Skolkovo technopark in Moscow and in Usinsk .

History
TGT Oil and Gas Services was founded in 1998 in Kazan by A. M. Aslanyan and G. V. Vasiliev [3] . Many of her experts are graduates of the scientific school of research and development of oil fields, created by Professor N. N. Neprimerov in the 50s of the XX century.
In 2003, the company received the first international contract with Petroleum Development Oman, and its headquarters and main activities were moved from Kazan to Muscat , Oman, and then to the United Arab Emirates , Dubai [4] .
In 2011, TGT Oil and Gas Services passed a financial and technical audit and entered the portfolio of Lime Rock Partners [2] [5] .
In 2011, TGT Oil and Gas Services proposed that OAO Tatneft create a joint venture to produce residual oil reserves and developed a project for the final development of the Bavlinskoye field [6] . The company proposed modern scientific and practical methods for the extraction of minerals with their possible testing at one of the sections of OAO Tatneft’s fields.
In 2014, the company presented its key developments at the international forum Open Innovations [7] .
Since 2013, TGT Oil and Gas Services has been actively involved in the implementation of the Smart City Kazan project. The company planned to build its own research center on the provided investment site. From 2013 to 2015, the construction of a research center and production park was planned on an area of 5 hectares. It was planned to arrange modern scientific laboratories, a business hotel, production and storage facilities in the Park. The international company also planned to contribute to the creation of the educational cluster, thus providing students, graduates and young specialists with the opportunity to practice and gain new knowledge on the basis of the created Park [8] [9] [10] [11] .
Ultimately, the idea of creating your own campus was fully implemented in 2015 at a suitable site in the Volga region of Kazan [12] . On June 10, the Technological Center was opened for 350 jobs, 100 of which were reserved for the production complex.
In 2016, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, R. N. Minnikhanov, visited the Technological Center of the company as part of a working visit [13] .
TGT Oil and Gas Services has several subsidiaries in Russia: TGT Prime LLC, MIX LLC (Magnetic Impulse Logging Systems) [2] [14] and others.
The company annually takes part in symposia and exhibitions held in New Orleans and Houston, USA, including CERA Week . He is the organizer of the annual conference on applied modeling (WSAM) [15] , held in Dubai, starting in 2006 . He is the organizer and sponsor of the annual student conference "Mathematical Modeling and Information Technology" (SMIT / SMIT) [16] , held in Kazan since 2009 . And also takes part in other exhibitions, seminars, symposia held in Moscow, Ufa, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Jakarta and other cities [17] [18] .
Production and activities
All the main technologies of TGT Oil and Gas Services are proprietary and patented in Russia and abroad, R&D projects of the company have the status of residency of the Skolkovo Innovation Center and Kazan IT Park.
The company performs comprehensive well surveys, which include:
- assessment of the technical condition of wells and downhole equipment (vertical, horizontal, with 2 tubing);
- determination of the distribution of fluid flows behind the column in injection and production wells [19] ;
- determination of reservoir pressure;
- conducting microgrid hydrodynamic modeling using the results of well logging with the aim of planning sidetracks, drilling new wells and predicting production rates.
