Geography
Rosstein is located in the Vistula river valley at the mouth of the Ryyak tributary and is 8 km from the administrative center of the commune of the village of Krempna , 29 km from the city of Jaslo and 73 km from Krakow .
History
Before the Vistula campaign (1947), Lemki lived in the village [1] , some of which were resettled to Ukraine in the Lviv and Ternopol regions , and others to the western territories of post-war Poland.
In 1975-1998, the village was part of the Krosno Voivodeship.
