Open Saint-Gaudens Midi Pyrénées 2013 is the 17th draw of the annual professional tennis tournament for women, held in the French city of Saint-Gaudens, and is part of an ITF tour as part of a series of tournaments with a prize pool of $ 50 thousand.

General Information
The leader in seeding in a single competition was Arancha Rus (No. 84 in the world at that time). However, the Dutch failed to confirm her status, losing already at the start; in her absence, the tournament boiled down to a match of two unsown tennis players, where Paula Ormaechea was able to be stronger than Dina Pficenmeier following the results of three sets. Last year's champion - Mariana Duque Marinho - did not defend her title.
In the doubles competition, the seeded alliances were successful: both teams that were able to finish the games of the starting circle, eventually crossed each other, and the alliance who won in this game, Yulia Glushko / Paula Ormaechea later won the main title, having outplayed a pair of Stefani Dubois / Kurumi Nara in the final . Last year's champions - Vesna Dolonts and Irina Khromacheva - did not defend their title.
