General Information
One is one of the four children of Samira and Ridhi Jabirov; she also has two brothers and one sister.
Tunisia in tennis since the age of six; favorite cover is hard.
In October 2018, she made her way through three qualifying rounds to the Kremlin Cup tournament in Moscow (Russia), in the main draw of which she eventually reached the finals, where she lost in a stubborn fight to Russian Daria Kasatkina in three sets. During the tournament, Jabère defeated Anette Contaveit , Anastasia Sevastova , Sloan Stevens and Ekaterina Makarova .
Sports career
2013
In 2013, Ons Jabir won her first tournament in the Futures series. On futures in his native Tunisia, in the tournament finals, Ons beat the experienced Spaniard Sarah Sorribes-Tormo 2-0 (6-3 6-2). It was the first title of 4 this season for Jabir. After that, in May, Ons won her first grass tournament in Japan. At the futures in Fukuoka, she reached the finals and beat Belgian An-Sophie Mesto 2-0 (7-6 6-2). The third futures Jabir won was again in Japan. And this time, the final composition of the participants was the same as last time. And again the athlete from Tunisia turned out to be stronger 2-0 (6-0 6-2). And finally, she won her fourth trophy of 2013 in Canada, defeating the American Coco Vandevege in the final with a score of 2-1 (6-7 6-3 6-3). All these achievements allowed her to rise high in the ranking and end the season at 137th line in the WTA world ranking.
2016
In 2016, Ons Jabir was able to win only one title. At home futures in Tunisia, she beat tennis player from Switzerland Romina Oprandi with a score of 2-1 (1-6 6-2 6-2). This season, Ons finished on the 196th line in the WTA world ranking.
2017
2017 began for Ons Jaber not bad, she successfully qualified for the Shenzhen tournament (China). Ons Jaber successfully managed to reach the 1/8 finals where she lost to Nina Stoyanovich with a score of 2: 1.
Unfortunately, Ons Jaber was not able to qualify for the Australian Open (Australia), despite the fact that Ons Jaber defeated Yakupovich with a score of 2: 1 and tennis player from Belarus Vera Lapko with a score of 2: 1, Ons lost to tennis player from China Zhu Lin with a score of 2 : 0.
In March, Ons Jaber went to the Zhuhai tournament (China). At this tournament, Ons Jaber was able to get to the semifinals in which she unfortunately lost to Jaber with a score of 2: 0.
In May, the French Open (France) Ons Jabère successfully qualified and got into the main draw. Ons Jaber was able to reach the 1/16 finals of this tournament in which she lost to T. Bachinski with a score of 2: 0.
At the end of June, Ons Jaber successfully managed to qualify for the Wimbledon tournament (Great Britain), but unfortunately lost in the first match in the main draw, lost to Svetlana Kuznetsova with a score 2: 0.
In 2017, she could not win a single title, but despite this she played in the finals a couple of times and looked very even throughout the season. In total, Ons Jabir played 65 matches, of which 41 won and 24 lost. This allowed her to rise in the first hundred of the world ranking for the first time in her career (89).
2018
The year 2018 for Ons Jaber began at the Sydney tournament (Australia), in this tournament Ons Jaber lost in the first match and flew out of the tournament after losing to tennis player Tomic S. (Australia). with the score 2: 1

In June, after a failure at the French Open, Ons Jaber went to the Manchester tournament (Great Britain) grass and was able to win this tournament by defeating tennis player from Spain Sorribes-Tormo S. with a score of 2: 0
In 2018, Ons Jabir won the grass futures in Manchester. In the finals, as already happened once, she had a chance to play with Spanish tennis player Sarah Sorribes-Tormo, and again Jabir did not leave a single chance to her opponent and brought the meeting to victory with a score of 2-0 (6-2 6-1).
In August, Ons Jaber successfully qualified for the Open Championship of the USA (USA), getting into the main bracket on the way Jaber got Ashley Barty who prevented Ons Jaber from staying in this tournament, Ashley Barty was stronger in two sets and won the match with a score of 2: 0.
2019 year
In June 2019, Jabir participated in the French Open Tennis Championship (Roland Garros) , where she lost in the first round to Croat Petra Martic with a score of 6-1 6-2 [2] .
