Togan ( kaz. Toғan , before 199? - Kirov waterworks) is a village in the Akzhaik district of the West Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Algabas rural district. The KATO code is 273237600 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 265 people (144 men and 121 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 249 people lived in the village (136 men and 113 women) [2] .
