Life and career
Phillips was born in Etobicoo, Toronto, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia [1] . Shortly thereafter, she began her career on the theater stage, and then on Canadian television [1] . She starred in the Canadian drama series MVP and Girls and Bombs, and on American television made her debut with a minor role in a remake of the show “ Milkworms ” in 2011 [2] .
In 2013, Phillips won one of the main roles in the American series Lucky Seven , which will be released on ABC in the 2013–2014 season [2] [3] .
