Member of the battles at Lake Hassan . During the Great Patriotic War, from December 16 to 23, 1942, the commander of the 322nd tank battalion of the 115th tank brigade of the 6th Army of the South-Western Front, senior lieutenant I.F. Lubyanetsky showed heroism, the ability to lead the battalion well in battles against the German and Italian troops. In 7 days of fighting, his tank battalion, in cooperation with rifle units, destroyed 35 tanks, about 90 guns, about 200 vehicles, put down 220 machine-gun firing points, destroyed up to 1,000 and captured up to 800 enemy soldiers and officers. As part of the tank crew, Lubyanetsky destroyed 8 tanks, 11 guns and 10 enemy machine-gun bunkers . December 23, 1942 he died during an attack of height 201.8 in the area of the village of Pervomaiskoye, Rossoshansky district, Voronezh region .

Biography
Born on March 8, 1914 in the village of Voznesenskoye (now Shcherbinovsky district of the Krasnodar Territory ). Russian In the village of Novoshcherbinovsky, he graduated from an incomplete secondary school. Komsomol members of the school elected him a Komsomol . After school, he studied at the College of Agricultural Mechanization [1] .
In the Red Army since 1934. In 1938 he graduated from the Ulyanovsk Armored School [1] . Lubyanetsky graduated from college at that moment, in Spain there was a civil war . Lieutenant Lubyanetsky filed a report addressed to the head of the school: "Please send me to fight in the international brigade for the freedom of the Spanish people." However, Lubyanetsky was sent to the Far East , where a young tank officer received his first baptism of fire in battles with Japanese samurai at Lake Hassan [1] .
Lubyanetsky met the Great Patriotic War in Riga , where he served. A few months later he was recalled to Moscow to the Military Academy of Armored Forces named after I.V. Stalin . When the troops of Germany and its allies approached Moscow, the academy was evacuated to the city of Tashkent . Listeners were engaged from early morning until late at night, since the program had to be completed as soon as possible [1] .

In the battles for the settlements of Poddubnovka , Tsapkovo , Ivanovka and Pervomaiskoe, Voronezh Region, senior lieutenant Lubyanetsky skillfully organized interaction with the 388th and 514th rifle regiments of the 172nd rifle division . Repeatedly assisted them in moving forward, while destroying firepower and manpower of the enemy [1] .
For 7 days of battles, the tank battalion, in cooperation with rifle units, destroyed 35 tanks, about 90 guns of various calibers, about 200 vehicles, suppressed 220 machine gun firing points, destroyed up to 1,000 and captured up to 800 enemy soldiers and officers. As part of the tank crew, Lubyanetsky destroyed 8 tanks, 11 guns, 10 machine-gun bunkers of the enemy [1] .
On December 23, 1942, during an attack of a height of 201.8, the tank of the battalion commander was hit and caught fire. Lubyanetsky was wounded, however, jumping out of a burning tank, entered into an unequal battle with the German submachine gunners surrounding him and managed to destroy 10 soldiers from his personal weapons until he was killed [1] .
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated March 31, 1943 “for exemplary fulfillment of command assignments, shown courage and heroism in battles with Nazi invaders,” Ivan Fedoseevich Lubyanetskiy was posthumously awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union [1] .

Wife - Lidia Ivanovna, lived in the Shcherbinovsky district [2] .
Memory
He was buried in the village of Pervomaiskoe (40 km from the city of Rossosh, Voronezh region ). In the village, his bust is installed [1] .
In 1986, in the village of Novoshcherbinovskaya, a monument was erected in front of school No. 9, and a street was named in his honor [3] .
