The Yashlav volost is an administrative-territorial unit within the Simferopol district of the Tavrichesky province , it was formed in 1829 during the reform of the volost division - unbundling of the initial volosts. According to the “Vedomosti about the state-owned volosts of the Tauride Gubernia of 1829” , it included part of the villages of the former Aktachinskaya volost , located in the valleys of Alma , Bodrak and Western Bulganak (without headings), as well as on the plateau between the rivers.

From Alushta parish was transferred lying to the north of the Main ridge of the Crimean mountains in the valley of Alma Beshui .
