Novopokrovka ( Kaz.Novopokrovka ) - a village in the Shal akyn district of North Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of Novopokrovsky rural district. It is located on the shore of Lake Tarangul , about 26 km south-east of the city of Sergeevka , the administrative center of the region, at an altitude of 159 meters above sea level [1] .
