Geography

North of the lake are the lakes Elanchik and Bolshaya Elanchik , near the source of the river Uvelka . The village of Butyrki and the village of Kundravy are located along the coast of Kundravinsky, as well as the village of Sarafanovo .

Administratively included in Kundravinskoe rural settlement .

Title

The name comes from the Turkic male name Kundryas, which means "strong." According to legend, here, on the shore of the lake, lived the Bashkir Kundryak. In the middle of the XVIII century, the Russian settlement Kundravinskaya appeared here, later - the Cossack village and the village of Kundravy [2] .

Plant and Animal World

The bottom of the lake with outcrops of rocks, uneven, covered with thick muddy sediments. Until 2010, fishing was banned here, now it is paid. It is inhabited by carp , pike , carp , peled , roach , tench , bream , ruff and perch [3] .
