Startseva Bay - a lip on the Tersky coast of the White Sea [1] . It extends into the eastern part of the Kola Peninsula [1] . Open to the northeast, extends into the mainland for 1.6 km [1] . The width at the entrance is 850 m [1] .

Located between Cape Koroviy Nos and Lumbovsky Bay [1] . A small stream flows into the top of the lip [1] .
The banks of the lip consist of high (up to 30 m [1] ) steep rocky cliffs [1] [2] . The lip at the top is shallow and is filled with water only at high tide [1] [3] [2] . According to various sources, the depth of Startsev Bay at the entrance is from 10 [2] to 17 m [3] and rapidly decreases to the top [3] . The soil is rocky [3] [2] . It is divided into 2 parts by a prominent cape from the southern coast [2] .
At the beginning of the 20th century, the bay was used by fishing vessels going north from nasty winds [3] . The vessels were stocked with water in streams flowing into the lip [3] .
There are no settlements on the banks of the bay. Administratively, the bay is part of the Lovozersky district of the Murmansk region of Russia .
