It was located 3 miles east of the modern village of Marchenka on the southern shore of Lake Zavesno .
History
The village is marked on a map of the mid-19th century [1] , in the List of populated areas of Vitebsk province in 1906 (p. 79 No. 39), on maps of the Red Army of the 1930s [2] and a topographic map of the early 1980s.
