It is part of the Yudinsky rural settlement [1] , in terms of administrative-territorial division - in the Yudinsky village council.
The distance by road to the district center of Veliky Ustyug is 19 km, to the center of the municipality of Yudino - 20 km. The nearest settlements are Savino , Ilyinskaya , and Albovo .
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [2] .
