It is part of the Yudinsky rural settlement [1] , in terms of administrative-territorial division - in the Yudinsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Veliky Ustyug is 1.5 km, to the center of the municipality of Yudino - 1 km.
According to the 2002 census, the population is 48 people (23 men, 25 women). The predominant nationality is Russian (96%) [2] .
