It is part of the Ust-Alekseevsky rural settlement [1] , in terms of administrative-territorial division - in the Ust-Alekseevsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Veliky Ustyug is 59 km, to the center of the municipal formation of Ust-Alekseevo - 7 km. The nearest settlements are Pozharovo , Yushkovo , Birichevo , Selivanovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 6 people [2] .
