It is part of the Opoksky rural settlement (until 2014 it was part of the Strelensky rural settlement ) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Strelensky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Veliky Ustyug is 53 km, to the center of the village council of Verkhny Anisimovo - 3 km. The nearest settlements are Nizhny Anisimovo , Vakulovo , Verkhny Anisimovo , Pozharishche .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 5 people [3] .
