Ilyinsky is a village in the Veliky Ustyug district of the Vologda region . The administrative center of Pokrovsky rural settlement and Pokrovsky village council [1] . The village is located on the right bank of the Chigra River shortly before its confluence with the Luz [2] .

The distance to the regional center of Veliky Ustyug by road is 30 km. The nearest settlements are Bolshoy Chebaevo , Maloye Chebaevo , Bukovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 155 people (65 men, 90 women). The predominant nationality is Russian (97%) [3] .
The Church of Ilya in Ilyinsky is an architectural monument [4] .
