It is part of the Parfyonovsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Parfyonovsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Veliky Ustyug is 12 km, to the center of the municipality of Karasovo - 6 km. The nearest settlements are Slobodka , Konkovo , Goryaevo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 9 people [2] .
