It is part of the Oryol rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Oryol village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Veliky Ustyug is 84 km, to the center of the municipality of Chernevo - 13 km. The nearest settlements are Kurdenga , Natsepino , Sidorovka .
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [2] .
