Akbalyk ( Kaz. Aқbalyқ ) is an abolished village in the Zhambyl district of the North Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . It was abolished in 2018 [1] . It was part of the Lake District. The KATO code is 594655200 [2] .

Located between the lakes Akbalyk and Muzhuk .
Population
In 1999, the village population was 257 people (141 men and 116 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 111 people lived in the village (61 men and 50 women) [3] .
