Story
Father Michael is a New York priest who has close ties with the world of the crime syndicate, since his father is the leader of the mafia. The priest’s brother, a thief in law, the boss of a criminal group, dies during a love affair with his mistress Angela.
Chased by mercenaries, Angela comes to the priest for help. They are ambushed, during which Michael is slightly injured. Pace hides Angela in his church for a while, but soon both are forced to run.
The priest learns that the killers sent for them follow the orders of his sister, Zina, the widow of the murdered mafia boss. Michael falls in love with Angela and indulges in her vulnerability and charm. During the flight to the girl’s homeland, in Mexico, they have an affinity. In the morning, a day later, Pace discovers that Angela has disappeared.
