Biography
Orthodox. From a merchant family. Homeowner (house in Slavyansk , estimated at 15 thousand rubles).
Got a home education.
The merchant of the city of Slavyansk, owned a bookstore and printing house. He was elected a vowel of the Slavic City Duma (since 1878) and a member of the Slavic City Council (1884-1897). Since 1887 he was merchant elder of the Slavic society. He was a member of the Union October 17 .
In 1912 he was elected to the State Duma from the Kharkov province by the 1st congress of urban voters. He was a member of the Octobrist faction, after its split - into the group of Zemstvo Octobrists. He was a member of the commissions: on the execution of the state list of incomes and expenses, on the affairs of the Orthodox Church and on urban affairs. He was a member of the Progressive Bloc .
The fate after 1917 is unknown. He was married, had two children.
