Saintsagaan ( Mong. Saintsagaan ) is the aimak somon Dundgov in the central part of Mongolia , the area of which is 3 406 km² [1] . The population according to 2007 was 13 703 people [2] .

The center of somon is the city of Mandalgov , which is the administrative center of aimag and located 260 kilometers from the capital of the country - Ulan Bator [3] .

Geography
Somon is located in the central part of Mongolia .
Of the minerals in somone, coal and non-ferrous metals are found [3] .
Climate
The climate is sharply continental. The average temperature in January is -17 degrees, July + 20-22 degrees. The annual rainfall is 120-180 mm [3] .
Fauna
The fauna of Sainzagaan is represented by foxes, Korsaks [3] .
