Ralphs Eilands ( Latvian. Ralfs Eilands , November 24, 1993 , Riga ) [1] - Latvian singer and TV presenter. One of the soloists of the PeR group, which represented Latvia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 .

Biography
As a child, he participated in the competition “Cālis” (the term “Chicken”), but did not reach the finals. In 2004, he participated in the national selection of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Mērkaķis”, where he took third place [2] . In 2005, he won second place in the competition "Song of my generation." In 2007, he became one of the founders of the PeR group, which became known after participating in the Latvian Talent Gold contest in November 2008. Eylands was the TV presenter of some programs: April Drops, Let's Go, Juniors TV, and also participated in the Sems program. Several times with my group I stormed the Eurovision qualifying rounds in Latvia. And in 2013, PeR won the national selection with the song “ Here We Go ” [3] , however, PeR did not qualify for the Eurovision 2013 final.
He was a member of the Latvian jury of Eurovision 2015, it is noteworthy that in its rating he put Russia in last, 26th place. [four]
