Located 25 km north of the city of Red Hill . According to the 2002 census, the population is 131 people, 59 men, 72 women.
History
In the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries, the village of Bratskovo belonged to the Bosharovsky parish of the Martynovsky volost of the Vesyegonsky district .
In 1940, the village was the center of the Bratkovsky village council of the Ovinischensky district of the Kalinin region .
In the 1980s, the neighboring village of Vasilevo was attached to Bratsky.
In 1997 - 35 households, 70 residents. The administration of the Bratsk Rural District, the central estate of the Voskhod collective farm, an incomplete secondary school, a school-garden complex, a recreation center, a library, a first-aid post, a post office, a branch of a savings bank, a shop.
