The cantilever rack is a metal structure that is used to store long, bulky and non-standard loads on special horizontal consoles.
The main advantage of cantilever racks is the uniqueness and simplicity of design. They are widely used in wholesale warehouses , industrial premises, metal depots, storage facilities, workshops, construction supermarkets and hardware stores . The scope is constantly expanding, since cantilever racks have undoubted advantages over other structures when storing long goods (sawmills, pipes, profiles, chipboards, metal, household appliances and much more.) For the efficient use of the volume of production and storage facilities, two types of cantilever racks are made : unilateral (with supporting L-shaped racks) and bilateral (with supporting T-shaped racks). One-sided cantilever racks are designed for installation close to the wall and withstand significant loads. Double-sided racks are served on both sides. They are more stable, since the load is evenly distributed on both sides.
The cantilever rack is assembled from individual elements and is dialed into one line of any length, with any number of sections. The main elements of the cantilever rack: horizontal supporting cantilever systems, vertical support racks, connectors and communication systems. In some cases, cantilever racks are equipped with additional stops and stops to prevent cargo from falling from the rack. There is also the possibility of equipping shelving with decks, which allows them to be used as shelving for storing any goods. Unlike a shelf or pallet rack, there are no front racks in the cantilever racks, and loading and unloading are carried out by a forklift . Front-end loading and unloading provides direct access to each cargo bay, increasing productivity of warehouse operations. The versatility of racks of this type makes them ideal for any operation.
