Video clip
In the video, the group members alternately appear in black and white on a red background with a timer. The numbers in the background count the time remaining to the end of the clip in tenths of a second, starting at β30: 30: 150β. From time to time, part of Corey Taylor's face appears in the background.
Despite the fact that the drum parts for the song were recorded by Shannon Larkin , Roy Mayorga acts in the video and on the cover of the single as the drummer.
Title
The name comes from the size of Taylor's jeans (30/30) and weight (150 pounds (68 kg)) in his school years. The reason the song is named like this is because Corey felt how many did not believe that he could be something, and as suggested in the text, he is now proving the opposite.
