The administrative center of Klyuchi-Bulaksky municipal entity [1] .
The village is located on the shore of the bay of Iya Bratsk reservoir .
According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, 1387 people (646 men and 741 women) live in the village of Klyuchi-Bulak [2] .
In the village there is a house of culture, a library [3] , and a secondary school [4] . In 2002, the church of the Archangel Michael was opened [5] .
