Biography
S. M. Pshenny was born in the village of Kushnirovka (modern Chashniksky district of the Vitebsk region ).
In the Red Army since 1941. In 1942 he graduated from junior lieutenant courses. During the Great Patriotic War since 1941, he took part in hostilities [1] .
A platoon of scouts under the command of Senior Lieutenant S. M. Pshenny distinguished himself on August 2, 1944, when crossing the Vistula River south of Warsaw [1] . The platoon fighters destroyed the enemy firing points, defeated the headquarters of the anti-aircraft regiment, captured his officers with documents and the regimental banner, and facilitated the crossing of two Soviet regiments [1] .
Since 1946, Major S. M. Millet in reserve. He lived in Dnepropetrovsk .
