Fairy tale film

A fairy-tale film , or cinema -tale , is a genre of cinema designed for children's perception [1] [2] .

The movie story was an honorable and developed direction in the Soviet film industry [3] .

History

First a fairy tale film was shot in Great Britain in 1898 . - for the film adaptation the fairy tale “ Cinderella ” was chosen. A year later, its own film adaptation of Cinderella appeared in France.

In Russia, the first a fairy tale film was shot in 1910 (The Mermaid). In 1913, the last film-tale of the Russian Empire - "The Night Before Christmas ."

The genre was revived only in 1938 when the films “ By the Pike Commandment, according to my desire ” and “ Doctor Aibolit ” were shot. After the success of these paintings, the fairy tale film genre became popular in the USSR . Classic movie tales are considered works of Alexander Ptushko and Alexander Rowe .

Fairy tales are filmed by directors at present.
