Andrei Kirikov was born on September 29, 1975 in Kemerovo .
His father - Kirikov Vladislav Petrovich - a mathematician engineer, was born on February 23, 1944 in the city of Berezniki , Perm region . Mother - Lidia Timofeevna Kirikova (Belozerova), was born on June 21, 1946, in the city of Taiga, Kemerovo region . She became the honored doctor of Russia , the title was awarded in 1997.
Maternal grandfather - Belozerov Timofey Georgievich was a mining engineer, participated in the Great Patriotic War . Maternal grandmother - Olga Belozerova - chemistry and biology teacher in the city of Vologda .
Grandfather on the father's side, Pavel Fedorovich Kirikov was the head of the repair and welding workshop in the city of Konstantinovka, Donetsk region . He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor and the Badge of Honor . Since at that time the families were large, grandmother Ekaterina Nikolaevna was a housewife. In the late 1930s, the family moved to the Urals in the city of Berezniki, where the all-Union construction of the chemical plant began.
Andrei's older sister Elena Kirikova, like their mother, became a doctor. A relative of the Kirikovs is the famous figure skater Irina Rodnina .
Biography
In 1992, Andrei graduated from Kemerovo Secondary School No. 1 and entered the law faculty of Kemerovo State University . He graduated in 1997.
In the summer of 1995, Andrei married his former classmate Alina Kaydorina, the friendship with which began in the second grade.
After graduation, he continued his work as a legal adviser at the OJSC Kuzbassprombank OJSC back in his student years.
In 1999, the young lawyer took the position of legal adviser to the Deputy Governor of the Kemerovo Region for construction, and a little later - the head of the department of legal support of the block of the Deputy Governor of the Kemerovo Region for income.
During 2000, Andrei Kirikov was Director for Legal and General Affairs of OJSC Kuznetsk Metallurgical Plant , and then headed the non-profit organization Regionalservice Bar Association.
In 2002, he defended a dissertation at the Griboedov Institute of International Law and Economics on the topic “Problems of Legal Support for Crime Prevention”. He was awarded the degree of candidate of legal sciences. For the first time in Russian jurisprudence, this dissertation formulated and theoretically developed the concept of legal support for crime prevention as one of the important categories of criminological science . In conclusion to the dissertation, Andrei Kirikov noted the need to adopt a fundamental legal act in this area - the federal law on crime prevention.
During 2004-2008 Andrei Kirikov was a member of the Board of Directors of Sibirsky Cement Holding Company OJSC, and after his dismissal, he took up independent investment activities.
Legal and business activities
While still a student in 1995, Andrei Kirikov joined the post of legal adviser at JSCB Kuzbassprombank, where he worked until 1998. The experience gained in banking, in the public service and at the Kuznetsk Metallurgical Plant became the prerequisite for the creation in 2001 of the non-profit organization Regionalservice Bar Association, which Kirikov headed for 8 years.
In 2004, Andrei Kirikov became one of the three founders, co-owner and member of the Board of Directors of one of the largest financial and industrial groups in Russia - Sibirsky Cement Holding Company OJSC, whose main activity is the production and sale of cement in the Siberian Federal District. Kirikov worked in this position until 2008 [1] .
After his dismissal from the company, Siberian Cement, together with its president and co-owner Andrei Muravyov, Andrei Kirikov sold his 12% stake in the company. Subsequently, the new management of Siberian cement filed a lawsuit against Kirikov in the amount of more than 70 million rubles, claiming that Kirikov did not return the loan taken from her in 2007 to the company. The media attribute the origins of the conflict between Siberian cement and former top managers to disagreements regarding a major deal to buy the Italcementi Group's Turkish unit, Set Group, worth about 600 million euros [2] . The requirements of Siberian cement to Kirikov were rejected by the Moscow City Court on January 24, 2013 [3] .
From June 2010 to the present, Andrei Kirikov has been a member of the Board of Directors of Mercury Capital Trust Management Company, which provides investment services to its clients. In 2008, the magazine "Finance" estimated its condition at 70 million US dollars and placed it at 320 place in the list of millionaires in Russia [4] . For 2012, Kirikov is listed in the list of current lawyers of the Kemerovo region [5] .

Andrei and Alina Kirikova have two sons - Igor (1999) and Demyan (2007). Andrey Kirikov is fond of hunting , diving , boxing and skiing , loves to travel.
