Trubino (Rzhevsky district)

Trubino is a village in the Rzhevsky district of the Tver region . It belongs to the Itomlya rural settlement , until 2006 the center of the Trubinsky rural district, until 2013, it belonged to the Sholokhovo rural settlement .

It is located on the Orcha River 40 kilometers (by road - 75 km) to the northwest of the city of Rzhev . 2.5 km to the south - the village of Orekhovo on the right bank of the Volga .

The population according to the 2002 census is 210 people, 95 men, 115 women.

Content

History

In the List of Populated Places of the Tver Province of 1859 [1], the owner village Trubino near the Vorcha River is listed, it has 4 yards, 33 residents. Nearby (in the territory of the modern village) is the village of Ladygino (5 yards, 38 inhabitants). In the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries, the villages belonged to the Zhukovsky volost of the Rzhevsky district . At this time, many residents went into a "retreat", worked as carpenters, shepherds, laborers.

In 1940, the villages of Trubino and Ladygino as part of the Dmitrov village council of the Molototudsky district of the Kalinin region .

In the 1970s and 80s, the village developed as the central estate of the Dawn farm.

In 1997, Trubino 109 households, 268 residents. Administration of the rural district, incomplete secondary school, kindergarten, recreation center, library, first-aid post, post office, shop.

Warrior Burial

During World War II, Trubino was occupied in October 1941, released in January 1942. The fighting in the area 5-10 km south of the village was conducted from January 1942 to March 1943 ( Battle of the Rzhev ).

In the village, the mass grave of the soldiers of the Red Army (1954-1956), 1,051 people were buried (according to the Memorial SDB [1] ).

According to the administration of the Rzhevsky district for 2012, in the mass grave in the village of Trubino, 1797 are buried, all have names [2] .
