Mustafa Shuayan ( March 1, 1936 - February 4, 1976 ) was an Iranian revolutionary, urban partisan , a member of the Iranian partisan fidain party, a supporter of a broad revolutionary democratic front, the author of a number of theoretical works. Member of the Popular Democratic Front . In 1974, he was expelled from the OPFIN for adherence to Marxist convictions (Shuayan believed that Leninism distorted Marxist doctrine). He was killed while trying to create his own military organization, [1] according to other sources — he himself swallowed a capsule with cyanide. [2]
