Tandai ( Kazakh. Taңdai ) is a village in the Makhambet district of Atyrau region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Baksai rural district. The KATO code is 235639100 [1] .

Population
In 1999, the population of the village was 2086 people (1055 men and 1031 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 1913 people lived in the village (957 men and 956 women) [2] .
