Biography

Born February 11, 1964 in Ufa. He graduated from the Ufa Aviation Institute. Ordzhonikidze . He worked as an engineer at the Ufa Aviation Institute.

  • 1987 - 1989 - Secretary of the Komsomol committee of the Ufa Aviation Institute;
  • 1989 - 1991 - People's Deputy of the USSR (elected by the Komsomol quota);
  • 1990 - 1991 - Secretary of the Komsomol Central Committee ;
  • 1991 - 1992 - served as chairman of the State Committee of the RSFSR on youth policy;
  • 1992 - 1996 - headed the RF Committee on Youth Affairs;
  • December 1996 - was the head of the Consolidated Department of Social Policy of the Ministry of Economy of the Russian Federation;
  • 1997 - 2007 - Deputy Minister, State Secretary and First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation;
  • 2007 - 2010 - Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Troika Dialog Investment Company CJSC
  • By a decree of the Moscow Mayor, on December 22, 2010 he was appointed Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Government of Moscow on economic policy issues, oversaw budgeting, industrial and economic policy, as well as government procurement, trade and services.

Family

Wife Olga also studied at the Ufa Aviation Institute. She died of a stroke on the night of April 24, 2012. Two children [2] .
