The legend about the people of "VA" from the history of the state of Wei whale. trad. 魏志 倭人 傳 , manage . 魏志 倭人 传 , pinyin : wèizhì wōrén zhuán , pall. : Weizhi Voen-Zhuang is a legend about the people of Wa (ancient Japanese ), which is an integral part of the section on Eastern barbarians, located on the 30 Wei Shu scroll (Wei Books ), better known as Weizhi. The latter is part of the San-go Chi ("Records of the Three Kingdoms"), the official Chinese historiography, which was compiled by the historian Chen Shou in 280-290.
Summary
The term “Tradition about the people“ va ”” is often used by Japanese scholars, but is not correct: the article about the Va people does not form a separate section, but is only an integral part of the chapter on Eastern barbarians. In the original, its title sounds like: “An article about people from the section on Uhuans , Syanbi and Oriental barbarians, the thirtieth scroll of the book of Wei's “ Records of the Three Kingdoms ” ( Kit. 三国 志』 魏 書卷 三十 、 烏丸 鮮卑 東夷 伝 倭人 条 ) .
The text of the article is 1988 characters. In some copies, the number of characters is 2008. The original article is lost, there are only copies.
The article presents valuable material on the Japanese archipelago of the 3rd century Yayoi period . It describes the socio-political system of the ancient Japanese , the country Yamatai and its ruler Khimiko .
“The legend about people“ va ”from the history of the state of Wei” is one of the oldest written records of ancient Japan and its inhabitants.
