Located near Masakol Lake.
History
Until 2013, the village was the administrative center of the abolished Bayanaul rural district [2] .
Population
In 1999, the village population was 983 people (517 men and 466 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 644 people lived in the village (337 men and 307 women) [3] .
