Content
Geographical position
The settlement is located in the southwestern part of the district, bordering the Vyborg district .
The following roads pass through the territory of the settlement:
- 41K-017 ( Sands - Foothills )
- 41K-029 (Access to the village of Krasnoozernoye )
- 41K-151 (Access to the village of Pchelino )
- 41K-152 (Access to the village of Pchelino)
The distance from the administrative center of the settlement to the district center is 85 km [1] .
On the territory of the settlement there is Lake Krasnoe , ski resorts "Krasnoe Ozero", "Zolotaya Dolina", "Snezhniy".
History
In 1994, as a result of the transformation of village councils into volosts, the Krasnozernaya volost was separated from the composition of the Michurinsky village council .
On January 1, 2006, in accordance with the regional law No. 50-oz dated September 1, 2004, “On Establishing Borders and Giving the Municipal Formation of the Priozersky Municipal District and Municipal Formations with Its Appropriate Status,” a red-grain rural settlement was formed, which included the territory of the former Red-grain volost [2] .
