Todor Arkady Todorov Artarsky ( Bulgarian. Todor Arkady Todorov Artarsky ; January 30, 1935 , Novachene ) - a Bulgarian athlete and coach. 1958 European Championship medalist in discus throwing . The ninefold winner of the Balkan Games (1958, 1959, 1960, 1962, 1965, 1966, 1970 - in the discus throw; 1956, 1958 - in the shot put). Set 17 records in Bulgaria (11 - in the discus throw, 6 - in the shot put).
