Biography
Orthodox, peasant of the Zarechensky society of the Yuretsky volost of the Gorodetsky district .
He graduated from a two-year public school . Engaged in agriculture (10 acres of allotment land).
He was a volost foreman (1886-1905). It consisted of a church headman . He was elected the vowel of the Goretsk district zemstvo and a member of the revision committee.
In 1912 he was elected to the State Duma from the Mogilev province by a congress of commissioners from volosts. He was a member of the faction of Russian nationalists and the moderate right (FNUP), after its split in August 1915 - into the group of progressive nationalists and the Progressive bloc . He was a fellow chairman of the resettlement commission, as well as a member of the commissions: on the working issue, on fishing, land, on the execution of the state list of income and expenses, and on the affairs of the Orthodox Church.
Fate after 1917 is unknown. He was married, had four children.
