Description
βThe flag of the municipality of Zimititsky rural settlement of the Volosovsky municipal district of the Leningrad region is a rectangular panel with a ratio of flag width to length - 2: 3, reproducing the composition of the coat of arms of the municipality of the Zimititsky rural settlement of the Volosovsky municipal district of the Leningrad region in blue, yellow and white colors.β
The heraldic description of the coat of arms reads: β In the azure (blue, blue) field, a golden bee; "a azure pointed limb, completed at the top with a silver rafter, encumbered with three azure spruces, encumbered with a silver plow ."
Symbolization Justification
The Golden Bee is a reminder of the clan coat of arms of Melissino, as well as a traditional symbol of hard work, the personification of the name of the agricultural enterprise OJSC Trud. Petr Ivanovich Melissino previously owned a manor in Chirkovitsy .
The silver rafter is a reminder of the old craft - the extraction and burning of lime in Golyatitsy . The lime factory in Golyatitsy was built in the 80s of the XIX century and belonged to Foma Alekseevich Alekseev and Sergey Alexandrovich Ivanov. A sawmill belonging to them was also operating here. In 1907, the plant burned down, but judging by the data of 1923, it was again restored.
The azure-silver gamut is a reminder of the Estonian settlers, the founders of modern Zimitits . In the 1930s, the Zimititsky National Estonian Village Council of the Moloskovitsky (Volosovsky) District of the Leningrad Region existed.
The founders of the village of Zimititsa, which arose in the Knyazhevskaya volost of the St. Petersburg province , 37 miles from Yamburg at the Narva highway, were Estonian peasants who bought land in 1884 from the landowner Blok. The estate was a swampy land overgrown with forests.
On the basis of the circular of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of January 10, 1930 βOn the Separation of National Minorities into Special Administrative Territorial Territoriesβ [2] , the Zimititsky National Estonian Village Council of the Moloskovitsky District of the Leningrad Region was created. Village councils received national status in which at least 66% of national minorities of any nationality were (of the total population). By the decision of the Leningrad Regional Executive Committee βOn the Elimination of Artificially Created Village Councils in Some Areas of the Leningrad Regionβ of April 14, 1939, the Zimititsky National Estonian Village Council of the Volosovsky District was liquidated, and the settlements included in it were included in the Illesha Village Council [3] .
Blue color (light blue ) is a symbol of beauty, love, peace, sublime aspirations.
Yellow color ( gold ) - power, strength, constancy, nobility, justice, fidelity.
White color ( silver ) - purity of thoughts, sincerity, truthfulness, innocence, nobility, frankness, integrity, hope.
