Biography
Orthodox, a peasant in the village of Mokish, Mikulov volost, Rechitsa district .
He graduated from a two-year parish school . Engaged in agriculture (3 tithes of allotment land). Before being elected to the Duma for 15 years, he was a teacher at a literacy school.
In 1907 he was elected to the III State Duma from the Minsk province by a congress of commissioners from volosts. He was a member of the moderate-right faction, from the 3rd session - in the Russian national faction. He was a member of the judicial reform commission.
He died before June 1941. He was married, had three children.
