About the album
The collection was published in 1995 by Columbia Records label in Europe and Benelux [2] . In the United States, he was released with a great delay - January 6, 2004 . Critic of Allmusic believes that Best Ballads , which includes 17 tracks, is similar to Toto’s later compilation - the delightful Love Songs and The Essential Toto ( 2003 ), consisting of the band’s best hits. The CD contains the best songs in the band’s work, including “ Africa ”, “ Rosanna ” and “I'll Be Over You”. Some tracks, according to the reviewer, could be changed to others. “Right Part of Me”, not included in the album, has the right to attend. According to the Allmusic reviewer, Best Ballads is great for those fans who like light songs [1] . In the charts, the record took a low position, although in the Netherlands it reached the 19th place [3] .
