Asylguzhin Gaysar Bakhtigareevich (born January 1, 1944 ) is the foreman of the drawing department of the Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant . Full holder of the Order of Labor Glory.

Biography
Gaisar Bakhtigareevich Asylguzhin was born on January 1, 1944 in the village. Nukatovo Beloretsky district of BASSR.
Education - secondary specialized, in 1981 graduated from Beloretsk Metallurgical College.
He began to work in 1963 as a dragger at the Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant , where from 1971 he began to work as a foreman of a drawing workshop.
The team led by G. B. Asylguzhin in the years of the ninth (1971-1975) and tenth (1976-1980) five-year periods achieved 140 percent of the daily production rate, and in the eleventh five-year period (1981-1985) the average production rate was increased to 157 percent and over the plan 100 tons of produce were issued. Four brigade draggers worked with a personal brand of quality.
In 1990 he was appointed master, in 1999 - senior master of the drawing workshop of the Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant. In 2004, retired. Lives in Beloretsk .

For the early fulfillment of plans and socialist obligations, high performance in work, G. B. Asylguzhin was awarded the orders of Labor Glory I (1986), II (1981), III (1975) degrees, medals.
