Andrey (Andrian) Prokopyevich (Prokofievich) Ustimovich (1797? [1] —1851) - Russian statesman, governor of the Kharkov and Kursk provinces.

Biography
He graduated from a course of a noble boarding house at Moscow University . In service since December 1, 1807 [2] . March 1, 1814 entered the cadet in the Life Guards Ulan Regiment ; served until March 7, 1825.
April 17, 1827 he entered, in the rank of captain, adjutant to the Little Russian Governor-General N. G. Repnin . From January 24, 1832 - colonel, with the appointment of an official on special assignments under Repnin, and from June 13, 1835 under A. D. Guryev ; March 2, 1836 resigned.
March 31, 1838 a colonel with the appointment to be on special assignments under A. G. Stroganov . On February 4, 1839 he was appointed to act as the Kharkov governor ; since May 17 of the same year - a valid state adviser . From November 12, 1840 to September 24, 1850 - Kursk Governor : was dismissed from service for the unrest in the province, with trial.
Wife - Nadezhda Grigorievna Miloradovich (1802-1875), daughter of G.P. Miloradovich .
