Story
Screen adaptation of the novel by Stefan Zweig " Letter to a stranger ." Melodrama. The action begins in Vienna at the very beginning of the 20th century . At the age of 13, Rosa first saw an adult male writer Albert Rank. Since then, he has become the meaning of her life, the only love she has carried through her whole life. However, the selfish and frivolous Albert, for whom women - this is just a pleasant pastime - did not even notice Rosa. Once, when Rosa had already become an adult, he briefly drew attention to her, but after a few nights he easily parted with her, forgetting about her existence. Many years later, Albert receives a letter of confession from a stranger, reading which he realizes that, quite possibly, he passed by his love.
