Ivan Ivanovich Guadanini (December 1844–12, 1911) - Zemstvo leader, Tambov mayor, member of the III State Duma from the Tambov province .

Biography
Orthodox. A nobleman, a descendant of the famous Cremonian family of violin masters Guadanini [1] [2] .
After graduating from the Tambov Provincial Grammar School, he entered Moscow University, but after studying for one year, he transferred to the law faculty of St. Petersburg University [3] and in 1870 graduated with the title of candidate of rights. He served in the St. Petersburg District Court as a justice of the peace, after which he returned to the Borisoglebsky district of the Tambov province [4] . He became a famous public figure in the Tambov province.
- In 1870-1878 he was elected a district magistrate, later an honorary magistrate for Borisoglebsky district.
- Since 1872 - vowel of the Borisoglebsky district zemstvo.
- Since 1875 - vowel of the Tambov provincial zemstvo.
- Since 1880 - trustee of the Alexander Gymnasium in Borisoglebsk [5] .
- Since 1884 - vowel of the Tambov City Council. Cadet V.I. Vernadsky at this time (10.12.1894) calls the vowel Guadanini "acting on the basis of" trustworthiness "" [6] .
- In 1889-1892 and 1897-1901 - the Tambov mayor .
Contributed to the construction of the Tambov- Kamyshin railway. With his participation, two female and male primary schools were opened, and a slaughterhouse was built. Member of the Society of Public Readings and other public organizations. Under the mayor of Guadanini, the Tambov City Duma acquired the power station and the city telephone exchange, while the construction of the second branch of the city water supply and the development of a plan for electric street lighting and tram traffic in Tambov began [7] .
He was an active member of the Tambov Society for Correct Fishing, created in March 1891 [8] . In 1903 he was a member of the directorate of the Tambov College of Music [9] . Since January 20, 1902 he was an associate member of the Tambov department of the Imperial Orthodox Palestinian Society [10] .
In 1880 - a college assessor [5] . In June 1892 he was appointed correspondent of the Main Directorate of the State Horse Breeding in the Tambov province. For a brief but effective work at this post on May 14, 1896 he was promoted to actual state adviser [7] .
The owner of the stud farm in the village of Babino, Borisoglebsky district . (In the winter of 1905, the Oryol trotter Lily of the valley from the Guadinini plant was a record holder at a distance of 1.5 versts [11] ). He owned more than 2500 tithes in Borisoglebsky and Tambov counties. In Tambov I had my own house. The owner of the cottage and estate (1251 tithes) on the Black Sea coast in the vicinity of Sochi (Lazarevsky district, the village of Sovet-Kvadzhe, now the resort "South") [4] .
On October 25, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the 3rd convocation from the general electorate of the Tambov Provincial Electoral Assembly. He was a member of the Union faction on October 17 . Consisted of a member of the commission on state defense, the commission on requests, the administrative and budgetary commissions.
He died on December 12, 1911 .

Son Yuri ( George [12] ) is married to Vera Evgenievna (nee? [13] ) (1879 - November 22, 1968 [14] ). She is married to Vladimir Fyodorovich Kokoshkin by second marriage (November 1874–11, 1926 [14] [15] ), brother of the famous cadet F. F. Kokoshkin [1] .
- Granddaughter Irina Yuryevna [1] [16] (May 8 (21), 1905 - November 4, 1976 [17] ) is a second-line immigrant poetess, in a short marriage to Lt. Col. Pyotr Vasilyevich Malakhov (1895-1982 [18] [19] ) The Belgian Congo [20] , in 1937 the lover of the writer V.V. Nabokov , described his relationship with him in the story Tunnel [21] (Sovremennik (Toronto) 1961 No. 3 [22] ), typist at Radio Liberty , published a book of poems "Letters" (Munich, 1962) [17]
